Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments using standardized tests and patient interviews to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals to improve communication skills, articulation, fluency, and swallowing abilities. Provide therapeutic interventions and educate patients and families on disorder management and daily life strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Requires current state SLP licensure, CCC-SLP certification, and CPR certification. - 0-1 years
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state SLP licensure
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred or required
- Current valid CPR certification, preferred
