Job Summary
Travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Hales Corners, WI. Provide therapy to adults with dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders; evaluate and treat swallowing and communication disorders; develop individualized treatment plans. Requires Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Wisconsin state SLP license. Travel assignment with a schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week (days).
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Active Wisconsin state SLP license
- Experience in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care preferred
- Experience evaluating and treating adult dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders preferred
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans
