Speech Language Pathologist/SLP

Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments for members of the aging population in accordance with state practice acts, plans of care, and company policies. Optimize functional self-care, independence, and quality of life while accurately completing all required documentation in a timely manner. Collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation to develop robust therapy programs, participate in orientations and staff meetings, and demonstrate sound clinical judgment to prioritize patient care. Perform duties involving moderate to heavy physical demands and ensure compliance with infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines.
