Job Summary
Work with a multidisciplinary team to individualize treatment plans for patients and families in a supportive rehabilitation environment. Address a variety of diseases and impairments using progressive treatment modalities while ensuring responsive care. Maintain licensure in the state of service and hold three continuing education credits. Prior rehabilitation skilled nursing facility experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Therapy program
- Licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working
- Must have 3 C's
- Available for background checks
- Drug-free workplace compliance
