Job Summary
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) providing services in a SNF rehab setting as part of a multidisciplinary team. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using progressive rehabilitation modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments; in-house therapy with local management support. Requires graduation from an accredited Therapy program and state licensure for the SNF location; 1 year of rehab SNF experience preferred. Note: This is not a CFY position.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Therapy program
- Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working
- Must have 3 C's
- 1 year rehab SNF experience preferred
- Previous rehab SNF experience preferred
- This is not a CFY position
