Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children ages 2–8 with autism, apraxia, or language delays. Build and manage a full caseload across multiple clinic locations in Pilsen and River North while monitoring client progress through standardized assessments and caregiver feedback. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, and billing records, while staying current with evidence-based practices. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide education and support to families. Design engaging therapy activities and foster a supportive clinical culture. Master's degree and CCC-SLP licensure required; bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged. Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and mileage reimbursement for travel between sites.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- CCC-SLP from ASHA or eligibility to obtain
- Illinois SLP licensure or eligibility
- Valid Illinois driver's license and car insurance
- Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD
- Knowledge of speech therapy billing practices
- Reliable transportation to multiple clinic locations
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
