Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Provide Speech Therapy services to patients, including assessments, treatment planning, and implementation of programs. Conduct regular screenings and specialized evaluations to determine intervention needs, then interpret findings for patients, families, and team members. Establish individual schedules, develop treatment plans with short and long-term goals, and coordinate care while monitoring responses to modify interventions as indicated. Recommend communication equipment, instruct staff and families on augmentative devices, and participate in discharge and community programming planning. Document all assessment, treatment, and follow-up results, supervise students and volunteers, and maintain compliance with infection control, OSHA, and confidentiality standards. Submit weekly and monthly statistics to the regional office.
