Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Works inside dedicated therapy gyms at Valencia Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center and Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center to deliver skilled SLP services to residents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Requires a graduate of an accredited SLP program and an active Florida SLP license (or license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience preferred; Net Health knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time position in Lakeland, FL, offering benefits including CEU reimbursement, 401(k), PTO, and comprehensive health coverage.
