Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Speech Therapy - Lorain Hospital (PRN)

Conduct speech, language, and swallowing disorder assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Develop and administer medically prescribed therapy plans based on physician referrals, documenting evaluations and re-evaluations while instructing patients and families on home procedures. Coordinate patient care conferences, modify treatment goals, and supervise clinical interns and fellowship students. Communicate with the broader health team and participate in departmental meetings and in-services.
