Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) sought to join Signature Rehab teams providing rehabilitative speech-language pathology services to residents in Signature HealthCARE nursing homes and outpatient settings. The role emphasizes close collaboration with other clinical caregivers to support residents’ full recovery and timely return to daily activities. Requirements include a master’s degree in speech-language pathology, a valid SLP license in the practicing state, and ongoing ASHA Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). CFs are welcome to apply; responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapy within an integrated care model and contributing to resident-centered care across inpatient/outpatient contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice
- Current ASHA Clinical Competence Certification (CCC-SLP)

- Experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings is preferred
- Ability to work within Signature Rehab’s integrated care model
- Strong collaboration with clinical staff
