Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Signature Rehab in a rehab-focused role within Signature HealthCARE nursing homes and outpatient services. The incumbent works within Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, collaborating with other clinical staff to ensure residents and patients achieve full recovery and timely return to activities. Requires alignment with person-directed care, rehabilitation services, and a culture of quality outcomes. Must be a graduate of an accredited program in speech, hearing science and language development with a master's degree, hold a valid state license, and maintain ASHA Certification (CCC). CFYs are welcome to apply, and the position emphasizes teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient-centered rehabilitation across settings.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program of speech, hearing science and language development with a minimum of a master’s degree
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered
- Current Clinical Competence Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA CCC-SLP)
