Job Summary
Provide speech-language pathology services in a skilled nursing/subacute setting: evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; develop individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, voice, cognition, and dysphagia management; collaborate with physicians, nurses, PT/OT, and the interdisciplinary team; document progress in EMR; participate in care-plan meetings and family conferences; supervise SLP Assistants as needed; report to the Director of Rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligible to obtain)
