Job Summary
Provide direct speech-language pathology services in a K-12 school setting, conducting assessments to evaluate student needs and developing/implementing IEPs and therapy plans. Deliver SLP services in one-on-one, small group, and classroom settings; address articulation, fluency, voice, expressive/receptive language, and social communication challenges. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams; document therapy sessions and progress per CDE and IDEA regulations; participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions; train and support staff on speech-language strategies and classroom accommodations. Work with a dedicated relationship manager, with contract options to extend or convert to permanent positions, and benefits including paid time off, holidays, and a 4% 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider License – SLP Endorsement
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
