Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) needed for school-year assignments in Lincoln Park, MI. Responsibilities include conducting speech, language, and communication assessments; developing and implementing IEPs and therapy plans; providing direct SLP services in one-on-one, small groups, and classroom settings; addressing articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and social communication needs; collaborating with teachers, parents, and special education teams; maintaining accurate documentation in line with MDE/IDEA guidelines; participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions; training teachers and staff on speech-language strategies and accommodations. Requires Masters in SLP, Michigan license, and fingerprint clearance. CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred. Required Qualifications
- Master7s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Michigan Speech-Language Pathology License (issued by the Michigan Board of Speech-Language Pathology)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
