Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist needed to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized IEPs, and provide direct therapy in individual, small group, and classroom settings. Responsibilities include addressing articulation, fluency, voice, language comprehension and expression, collaborating with teachers/parents/teams, maintaining ISBE/IDEA-compliant records, participating in IEP meetings, and educating staff/parents on communication strategies. Licensed professionals with ISBE PEL and IDFPR credentials, and a valid fingerprint clearance are sought; CCC-SLP preferred. Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Illinois IDFPR License
- Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech-Language Pathologist Endorsement
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
