Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine patient needs, then develop and implement individualized treatment plans with short and long-term goals. Interpret findings for patients, families, and team members while establishing schedules and coordinating care. Monitor responses to intervention, modify treatments as needed, and recommend augmentative communication devices. Document all assessments, treatments, and follow-up; supervise students and volunteers; and participate in discharge and community programming planning. Submit weekly and monthly statistics and adhere to infection control and confidentiality standards.
