Job Summary
Provide therapy evaluation, develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, coordinate with multidisciplinary team, and manage a full caseload across multiple settings (outpatient, inpatient, home health, skilled nursing) in rural Minnesota. Open to CFY candidates or final-year students with stipend; requires MN licensure; offers a $4,500 sign-on bonus. Primary duties include documentation, scheduling, billing, discharge planning, caregiver education, collaboration with physicians, and adherence to ASHA standards and Essentia Health policies. Schedule primarily Monday–Friday; split between Ada and Fosston locations; compensation range $34.96-$52.44/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in speech-language pathology
- Current registration/license to practice speech-language pathology in Minnesota
- CFY candidates welcome or students in final year of training with stipend option
