Job Summary
Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students up to age 5, delivering in-person therapy aligned with IEP goals and educational plans. Maintain accurate session documentation and complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required. Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding student progress and therapy plans. Full-time and part-time opportunities available Monday-Friday following the school schedule, with a contract length covering the school year.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- SLP License from Oregon Board of Examiners for SLP (BSPA)
- Specialized endorsement through the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC)
- Fingerprints
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational environments
- Ability to provide effective in-person therapy services to students
- Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and speech evaluations
- Ability to manage caseloads and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
