Job Summary
Provide skilled SLP-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Requires licensure in Florida as an SLP (or license-eligible); SNF or post-acute experience preferred. PRN position with flexible scheduling in modern rehab gyms and supportive leadership. In-house therapy at Pinecrest Rehabilitation Center, Tamarac Rehabilitation and Health Center, and Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing, with opportunities for travel stipends, a 401(k) plan, and referral bonuses. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating residents to restore or improve communication and swallowing functions, documenting progress, and coordinating with clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited SLP program
- Active Florida SLP license (or license-eligible)
- SNF or post-acute experience preferred
