Job Summary
Provide skilled Speech-Language Pathologist therapy services to residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Work inside dedicated therapy gyms within The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch Health and Rehabilitation Center, and Hawthorne Health and Rehabilitation Center – Sarasota. Deliver care to residents while maintaining realistic caseloads and adhering to Florida licensure requirements. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and supports clinicians with modern rehab equipment and advanced facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited SLP program
- Active Florida SLP license
- Florida SLP license-eligible
Desired Qualifications
- SNF or post-acute experience
- Net Health knowledge
