Job Summary
Provide direct rehab care in speech-language pathology to patients; participate in community health matters/projects as appropriate; collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan and implement speech therapy treatment plans; oversee SLP CFYs if CCCS; chart appropriately using therapy software; maintain confidentiality and adhere to Life Care policies and Code of Conduct; demonstrate professional integrity, accuracy in documentation, and ability to work with diverse patient populations; maintain current licensure and ASHA credentialing requirements as applicable; weekend availability and per-diem scheduling as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- MS or MA in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility for ASHA certification
- Active state license in good standing
- CPR certification (upon hire or during orientation)
