Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) (PRN/Part-Time)

Job Summary
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. Provide skilled pathology services, establish measurable goals, and modify plans based on progress. Educate residents, families, and staff on therapeutic strategies while collaborating with physicians and nursing staff to deliver coordinated care. Complete timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations and participate in care planning meetings. This part-time role at The Gardens at Stevens in Stevens, PA supports residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery to achieve greater independence.
Required Qualifications
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the State of Pennsylvania
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Clinical Fellowship candidates
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience
