Job Summary
Set personalized goals and creatively implement individualized treatment plans for geriatric patients in senior-living and post-acute settings. Develop and execute innovative clinical and educational SLP programs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to maintain productivity standards and complete necessary documentation. Serve as a trusted partner in the community, helping patients achieve vital outcomes. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling with no set start or end times, mileage reimbursement, and access to the Emerging Professionals Mentorship Program for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program for Speech Language Pathologists
- Hold a valid state license
- Flexibility to work varying hours

- Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation
