Job Summary
PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) delivering skilled therapy in a SNF setting. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing measurable treatment plans, educating residents, families, and staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with physicians and the rehabilitation team to ensure quality resident outcomes. Requires PA licensure as an SLP; must provide compassionate, patient-centered care and support residents’ communication, cognition, and swallowing goals.
