Job Summary
Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs while developing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with nursing and other therapy team members to help residents improve function, communication, safety, and quality of life. Document services and progress efficiently. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling for a skilled nursing facility in Bryan, OH. Current Ohio SLP license required; CCC-SLP preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio SLP license

- CCC-SLP preferred
- Experience in SNF/geriatric rehab is a plus
