Job Summary
PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Evergreen Crossing and The Lofts in Indianapolis, IN. Evaluate, review, and screen residents’ medical charts, develop treatment plans, and direct rehabilitative therapy to address communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs. Administer, score, and interpret specialized speech tests; instruct residents, families, and caregivers on practicing new skills and safe swallowing techniques. Attend/interdisciplinary and family meetings to relay clinical findings and recommendations. Opportunity to treat at multiple locations; in-house team member with a focus on resident-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's and/or a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an Accredited Program
- Hold a valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License
