Job Summary
Design and execute individualized speech and communication programs to remediate disorders and deficits in patients across skilled nursing, assisted living, and home-based settings. Deliver direct therapy focused on restoring speech, communication, and swallowing abilities while training patients and caregivers to promote independence. Collaborate with peers to coordinate care, make referrals, and ensure efficient delivery of rehabilitation services. Manage daily operational tasks including equipment maintenance, reporting, and meeting participation. Full-time role with medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus free continuing education and mentorship support.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
