Job Summary
Design and execute individualized speech and communication plans to remediate disorders and deficits in patients across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home-based settings. Deliver direct therapy focused on restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing speech abilities while teaching patients and caregivers skills to promote independence. Collaborate with peers to coordinate care and make referrals, adapting to diverse patient needs while managing equipment maintenance and administrative reporting. Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
