Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while developing individualized therapy plans based on resident goals. Work closely with nursing, rehab staff, and families to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Complete timely documentation for all resident interactions.
