Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of communication skills and swallowing function, then deliver goal-oriented treatment to maximize patient potential. Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to monitor service quality, participate in peer reviews, and assist in developing departmental programs and revising policies. Maintain adequate supply stock and share professional knowledge while alerting management to educational needs. Requires current state licensure and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Certified BLS
- Completion in first 90 days of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association
