Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Per Diem

Conduct speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings for residents across the continuum of care. Provide a holistic approach supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while implementing personal care plans focused on resident strengths and preferences. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, Payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies. Maintain documentation regarding care provision, billing reimbursement, resident rights, and customer service. Minimum one year's experience with older adults is preferred; current CPR certification and valid state license required. Per diem schedule available.
