Administer Speech Therapy evaluations and examinations to diagnose residents and develop treatment plans, while monitoring progress and adjusting treatments accordingly. Record information on initial evaluations, treatment, progress, and client discharge; observe and assess outcomes to prepare detailed reports. Maintain resident confidence by processing confidential information and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate cooperatively with healthcare team members to contribute to the overall team effort.
