Job Summary

Assess, plan, and deliver therapeutic interventions for children to promote gross motor coordination, balance, and motor planning. Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress through data analysis, and implement augmentative and alternative communication systems. Provide coaching to staff to ensure continuity of care across settings while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. Maintain ethical standards and demonstrate empathy in all interactions with families and stakeholders. Requires a licensed Speech Language Pathologist with experience working with exceptionalities.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience with children or adults with varying exceptionalities
  • Pass a criminal background check, employment physical and drug screen
