Job Summary
In-home Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing patient-centered evaluation and treatment in Medicare-certified home health settings across Oahu. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, addressing swallowing disorders and cognitive-communication/speech-language impairments, collaborating with nurses, therapists, and case managers, and maintaining accurate Medicare documentation. Requires Hawaii SLP licensure, 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred), strong documentation/communication, ability to work independently in the field, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Flexible, per-diem scheduling with per-visit compensation in an in-home, Honolulu-based home health team emphasizing compassionate community care.
Required Qualifications
- Current Hawaii license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- 1+ year clinical experience (home health experience a plus)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
