Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pediatrics

Evaluate, treat, and implement care for pediatric patients across speech, language, cognition, and swallowing domains. Manage full caseloads including therapy planning, patient/caregiver education, discharge planning, and all ancillary duties such as documentation, billing, and scheduling. Supervise support staff while adhering to ASHA standards, organizational policies, and professional ethics. Flex to other departments when patient needs dictate. Provide staff education, lead committees, and mentor new hires.
