Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatric Clinic

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients. Provide evidence-based therapy targeting speech sound disorders, language delays, feeding challenges, and fluency issues while delivering personalized sessions to improve functional communication. Monitor patient progress and modify plans as needed, then educate parents on home strategies to support continued development. Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, SLPAs, and nurses to deliver family-centered care, maintaining accurate documentation per regulatory standards. This role offers flexible weekday, after-school, and Saturday scheduling with comprehensive benefits including PTO, 401(k), and CEU reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligible to obtain prior to start date)
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for working with children and families

- One year of experience preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFYs)
- New graduates
- Pediatric speech therapy experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
