Job Summary
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and families by delivering responsive, individualized treatment plans in an in-house therapy setting with local management support. Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program and licensed in the state of the SNF. 3 C's required. Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred (1 year). Not CFY position.
