Speech Language Pathologist SLP - Outpatient

Conduct speech-language pathology services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, and re-assessment across various outpatient settings. Explain findings and treatment plans to patients and families while incorporating them into goal setting. Demonstrate proficiency in modifying care plans based on evolving patient conditions and consult with healthcare professionals as needed. Complete discharge planning, follow-up care, and accurate documentation of all patient care activities, charges, and progress summaries. Manage an accurate schedule, meet productivity expectations, and take initiative in directing continuing education for professional growth. Serve as a clinical instructor to assign students and assist with orientation and mentoring of new staff.
