Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Onsite - 26/27 School Year

Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities and develop individualized therapy plans based on results. Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, phonology, fluency, and pragmatic skills while incorporating evidence-based techniques. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the educational team to support communication goals, and participate in IEP meetings to address student needs. Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to facilitate optimal outcomes, documenting sessions and reports accurately. Work onsite in Hagerstown, MD for the 26/27 school year, supporting E-Therapy's mission to connect schools with exceptional clinicians for PreK-12 students.
