Job Summary
On-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role serving PreK-12 students in Vacaville, CA for the 26/27 school year. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized therapy plans and goals, providing direct therapy targeting articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and AAC, collaborating with teachers/parents/IEP teams, documenting progress, and participating in IEP meetings. Requires Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CA SLP license or eligibility, ASHA CCCs, and school/pediatric experience. Compensation starts at $65/hour for 40 hours/week, onsite only.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certification (CCC)
- Experience providing speech-language therapy in a school/pediatric setting
- Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques in pediatric SLP
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and school staff
- Knowledge of AAC systems and assistive technologies (preferred)
- Currently licensed in California or eligibility for licensure and cross-license support available
