Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities, then develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results. Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills while incorporating evidence-based techniques. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the educational team to support communication goals, and participate in IEP meetings to provide input on student needs. Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary, documenting sessions and reports accurately. Work full-time (37.5 hours/week) starting August 2026 with a starting rate of $50/hour.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Current ASHA certification
  • Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting
  • Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology used in speech-language therapy (preferred)
