Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations while developing individualized treatment plans to support meaningful communication and independence. Provide engaging therapy services across clinic, community, and telehealth settings, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as individuals achieve goals. Collaborate closely with physicians, families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members, including Occupational and Physical Therapists, while educating families to support carryover beyond therapy sessions. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current Arizona SLP license required. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance necessary for community visits.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Arizona SLP license (or license eligibility)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance for community visits

Desired Qualifications

  • SLP fresh out of fellowship and experienced SLPs are encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations is welcomed
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping individuals achieve greater independence through communication
