Job Summary
Design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs for patients with challenging disorders or those recovering from surgery, illness, or accidents. Assess patient progress by integrating into their day-to-day life and practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Provide therapy to patients in their home or care facilities. This role requires licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State and minimum one-year experience or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern.
