Job Summary
Design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs for patients with challenging disorders or recovering from surgery, illness, or accident, assessing progress by being part of their day-to-day life. Provide therapy to patients in their home or care facilities while practicing independently within an interdisciplinary care team. Requires minimum one-year speech language pathology experience and New York State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or Audiologist.
