Job Summary
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Clinton, NC. Join a multidisciplinary rehab team delivering individualized treatment plans with in-house therapy and supportive local management. Requires licensure in the state of the SNF assignment and a graduate of an accredited therapy program, with preferred 1 year of rehab SNF experience. Not a CFY position. Responsibilities include providing speech-language pathology evaluation and treatment for patients with various diseases and impairments, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing progressive treatment modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Must be graduate of an accredited Therapy program
- CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's
- EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year experience preferred
- This is not a CFY position.
