Job Summary
Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals. Provide therapy services focused on communication skills, cognitive function, and dysphagia management while collaborating with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to support care plans. Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment strategies as appropriate, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely per facility and regulatory standards. This full-time role offers a collaborative interdisciplinary environment with diverse residents in both short-term and long-term care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license
