Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Summary
Direct rehab care in speech therapy to patients with physician referrals; responsibilities include establishing, assessing, and modifying realistic goals, supervising CFYs (SLP CFY only), following treatment plans under supervision, charting appropriately, utilizing therapy software, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining professional conduct and confidentiality. Requires MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCCs or eligibility for CFY, active state licensure, and CPR certification; new grads welcome, one year experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/email; ability to work within an interdisciplinary team and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (minimum MS or MA SLP)
- ASHA certified (CCCs) OR eligibility for 9 month CFY
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license
- CPR certification upon hire (or during orientation)
