Job Summary
Direct rehab care in speech therapy to patients; requires MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility; must maintain active state licensure and CPR certification; proficiency with Word/Excel; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; participate in community health matters; maintain confidentiality and adhere to Life Care policies; chart appropriately and utilize therapy software; support patient rights, safety, and quality of care; responsibilities include establishing/adjusting goals, following treatment plans, and ensuring professional standards in a post-acute care setting.
Required Qualifications
- MS or MA in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCCs or eligible for 9 month Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Active state licensure in good standing
- CPR certification (upon hire or during orientation)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
