Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Direct rehab care in speech-language pathology to patients per physician referral. Requires MS or MA in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility, and active state licensure. Responsibilities include planning and implementing speech therapy treatment plans, coordinating with patients and families, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies, utilizing therapy software, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Must maintain CPR certification and adhere to Life Care’s standards of conduct; additional duties include documenting progress, assisting in patient evacuation, and demonstrating professional integrity and customer service.
