Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Provides direct speech therapy rehab care to patients under physician referral in a post-acute care facility. Requires MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility, and active state licensure. New grads welcome; one year of experience preferred. Maintains confidentiality, demonstrates professional conduct, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, utilizes therapy software, and adheres to company policies. Oversees and evaluates CFYs (SLP CCCs required for CFY supervision) and follows treatment plans under supervision; establishes and modifies measurable goals; participates in community health projects and ensures patient rights and safety during care.
